Tune Of The Week: Breach - You Won't Find Love Again // Naked Naked
You may know Breach through his singer/songwriter/instrumentalist name of Ben Westbeech, an act of whom we've followed and loved since his carefree debut LP dropped all those years ago, with a follow up LP released on the massive Strictly Rhythm last year. 2012 has seen the DJ/producer side to Westbeech evolve through a string of successful parties and now it culminates in the first release on his new imprint Naked Naked. This man is on a double naked roll.
'You Won't Find Love Again' is the debut release and displays the hallmarks of a classic track in the making. There's nothing distinctly groundbreaking yet the track emits a sense of timelessness, something to withstand the summer of 2012 and possibly the decade to come too.
The chopped and expertly diced vocal is essential in giving the track an emotive depth, something of which Westbeech is no stranger to in his singer/songwriter productions. The lush beat embellished by a gentle jab of pads shares soulful synergy with the overall ambiance; there's a sense of being on the brink of something, an anticipation that's never really cured throughout the track. The breakdown is privy to this, accentuating said anticipation before a climactic drop erupts, which is surely enough to send any dance floor in to frenzy.
We look forward to where Breach will take his productions and his label. If you're digging the release, support by sharing via the social links at the bottom of the post. Enjoy.
