Apollonia is the name for allies Shonky, Dan Ghanacia and Dyed Soundorom who officially formed back in 2012, though their history surpasses a decade. The group are set to showcase their back2back2back sets all over the world this summer, including at our partner festival Exit in Serbia. So with that, we grabbed a quick 5 minutes with them.. 

Brighton-based producer Shiver (real name Tom Haddad) is tipped for big things in the DnB world. We had the chance to catch up with him to talk about his latest release on Protect Audio, his musical inspirations and what sets his live sets apart from the rest. 

We are unbelievably excited to be presenting a mix from a producer who we've kept a close ear on for the past couple of years. Under the guise Lokiboi, last month the London based producer released his well received EP Late Reaction on the ever impressive label Somethinksounds, of which features a collaborative track with Citizen that proved too much for our ears and gained our tune of the week. This exclusive mix for newsicmoos is, in his own words, a "very special selection" full of uplifting, hearty disco goodness, very much suited to our current bout of UK sunshine. Crank it up, yeah?!

As part of our feature where we hone in on talent that stems from our fair city of Manchester, we interviewed up-and-coming dj/producer Oli Furness. As well as a string of his own releases on various cool underground imprints, he co-owns house music record label Music Is Love, an imprint of which we are happy to have stemmed from Manchester.
